NELUNE FOUNDATION PATIENT TRANSPORT VEHICLE

Oncology patients receiving treatment at St Vincent's Public Hospital Darlinghurst, Prince of Wales Public Hospital Randwick, St George Public Hospital Kogarah or Sutherland Public Hospital Caringbah, and requiring transportation to and from the hospital, should contact the Cancer Care Co-ordinator in the Medical or Radiation Oncology Unit at their hospital.
